Shipping & Returns

  • Buyers who have completed payment will be alerted via email as soon as their item(s) has been shipped. Most items ship within 24 hours of payment.
  • Shipped items will include an invoice with costs for packing, shipping, and insuring the lots (Shipping & Handling).
  • Lots will be shipped via the carrier of Rare Candy’s choice but will be one of the main carriers i.e. FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service.
  • Invoices greater than $1,000 will require an Adult Signature to accept delivery
  • Rare Candy will have no liability for any loss or damage to damages in transit and at delivery
