The Pokémon Trading Card Game set Mega Dream ex is Japan's annual High Class Pack release, set to launch on November 28, 2025. It is a limited-edition set celebrating the return of Mega Evolution Pokémon, featuring reprints of notable cards from 2024 and 2025, including Pokémon ex, Tera Pokémon ex, and new Mega Evolution Pokémon ex cards inspired by Pokémon Legends: Z-A. The set includes 193 cards in total.

The set is headlined by Mega Dragonite ex, with other notable cards including Mega Eelektross ex, Mega Froslass ex, N's Vanilluxe, and Marnie's Grimmsnarl ex. A new rarity called "Mega Attack Rare" (MA) or "Mega Stone Mirror" has been introduced, featuring full-art Mega Evolution Pokémon ex cards with a pop art or comic-style design, where the attack text is prominently displayed. These cards are available in both Japanese and English language versions, with the artwork reflecting the opposite language for the attack text.

Each booster pack contains 10 cards instead of the usual five, with one guaranteed to be a Pokémon ex or Mega Evolution Pokémon ex. A sealed booster box contains 10 packs, making a total of 100 cards per box. The set also features new reverse holofoil patterns, including Friend Ball and Energy-type symbols, and includes Special Illustration Rares (SAR) and Art Rares. Additional special cards include a new Team Rocket logo mirror foil card and potential "God Packs" containing high-value cards.
