10. Poké Pad - $10.55

Item cards don't usually show up on top 10 lists, but the Poké Pad Illustration Rare from Studio Bora Inc. earns its spot. The clean Pokédex-style design searches out any non-Rule Box Pokémon, which in a Mega Evolution build that needs consistent Clefairy or Staryu finds, is exactly what you want. The art and function actually line up on this one, which isn't always the case with item cards.

This is the Meowth collectors aren't chasing in Perfect Order, but it's still a solid addition. The Ultra Rare is bright yellow and orange with teal outlines giving it a sticker-book energy that pops on the table. That said, the Last-Ditch Catch Ability lets you grab any Supporter from your deck when you bench it, and in Mega Evolution builds trying to find Rosa's Encouragement at the right moment, that matters.

It never fails with Kanto favorites and Illustration Rares. This Cona Nitanda card shows Clefairy sitting outside with pinks and blues in the sky, flowers below, and stars and sparkles floating all around it. Collectors are quietly picking this one up, especially since it shares an illustrator and connected card art with the Mega Clefable ex SIR.
7. Jacinthe - $24.86

Jacinthe gets the SIR treatment with a feast covering the entire foreground and that enormous flowing white hair in the back. Illustrated by Souichirou Gunjima, the whole scene is warm and over the top in the best way. She heals 150 damage from a Psychic Pokémon, so Mega Clefable ex lists have a recovery option that also happens to look incredible.
6. Mega Starmie ex - $42.62

Mega Starmie ex is the dark horse of this top 10. It's got a night cityscape backdrop, dark blues throughout, and that gemstone glowing pink and magenta as beams of light shoot outward. Illustrated by takuyoa. The Nebula Beam hits for 210 damage ignoring Weakness and Resistance entirely, which is a competitive ceiling worth building a list around.
5. Rosa's Encouragement - $53.26

Rarity: Special Illustration Rare
Rosa from Pokémon Black 2 and White 2 makes an appearance in Perfect Order and it suits her completely. She's eating a Pikachu-shaped ice cream, balloons in the background, the whole card feeling like a party. Illustrated by Iori Suzuki. The effect attaches two Basic Energy from the discard pile to a Stage 2, which slots directly into the Mega Evolution strategy this set is built around.
4. Mega Clefable ex - $57.07
Set: Mega Evolution — Perfect Order

Rarity: Special Illustration Rare
Now we're getting into the real chase cards for Perfect Order with Mega Clefable ex. The Luminous Wing Ability blocks opposing Pokémon Ability effects, and Shooting Moons can scale up to 280 damage by discarding Energy. Cona Nitanda shows Clefable mid-dance against pinks and pastels with sparkle details covering the whole card. Collectors and players are both paying attention to this one.
3. Mega Zygarde ex - $62.19

The first Zygarde on the list, but not the last. The Meowth ex SIR goes full pop-art with bold reds and graphic print patterns covering the whole card, Meowth looking completely at home in the chaos. There's more excitement around this card on social media when it gets pulled than you'd expect from a number two.

The Mega Hyper Rare Mega Zygarde ex is the undisputed top pull in Perfect Order. The entire card is gold, Zygarde's Mega Evolution in deep metallic foil that catches the light across every detail. It's wild what being the face card of a set named after the Order Pokémon does for a card.
Final Thoughts
Perfect Order is another solid smaller expansion doing the two or three mega hits thing right. The competitive focus of the Mega Evolution era is showing up again here, but the SIR art quality is keeping collectors ripping right alongside the players. It'll be interesting to see how the value on these Mega Evolution ex cards develops as the format matures.
